There’s nothing more quintessentially American than grilling. People are throwing everything on there from marinated meats, peaches, pineapple, cheeses to bacon wrapped items. The possibilities are endless.
The folks over at Real Simple put together an easy Grill Guide to get you started. Marinate some flank steak with a little chimichurri. Why do dishes? Make dessert on the grill. Grill peaches, add a little marscapone or this Nettle Meadow lavender-honey formage blanc and a drizzle of honey. Boom, you’re done.
